Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when fixed launch packages can be cancelled, how refunds are handled, and what happens once work begins.

1. 14-day cancellation before kickoff

Fixed packages may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase if kickoff has not started. Kickoff begins when Coastart confirms scope and starts the first scheduled strategy, planning, design, or development activity for your package.

Approved pre-kickoff refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payment processor fees may be excluded if Stripe or another processor does not return those fees.

2. After kickoff

Once kickoff begins, work is custom service work and is generally non-refundable for completed or in-progress strategy, design, development, project management, and delivery time.

If a project ends early, Coastart may provide a partial credit or partial refund for clearly unstarted milestones at its discretion or as stated in a signed service agreement.

3. Scope changes and revisions

Revisions are for refining the approved direction. New features, new pages, new brand directions, new platforms, or new integrations may require a separate quote before work continues.

4. Digital delivery and timelines

Coastart sells digital services, so there is no physical shipping. Brand Launch typically ships in 2 to 3 weeks. Full Launch typically ships in 6 to 8 weeks, depending on access, approvals, integration complexity, and the agreed scope.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

If something is wrong, contact [email protected] before opening a payment dispute. We will review the purchase, scope, project status, and delivery record and respond with a practical next step.

6. How to request a cancellation

Send your request to [email protected] with the purchaser email, package name, payment date, and reason for cancellation.
