1. Business and scope
Coastart LLC provides brand identity, landing pages, web products, mobile app foundations, Stripe payment setup, deployment, and related launch support for early-stage companies.
Fixed packages cover the deliverables listed at checkout. Custom scopes are confirmed only after discovery, written scope approval, and payment terms accepted by both parties.
2. Purchases, payment, and kickoff
Fixed package purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices are shown in USD unless another currency is stated at checkout.
Kickoff begins when Coastart confirms your scope and starts the first scheduled strategy, planning, design, or development activity for the package. Before kickoff, we may request project information, brand access, technical access, and scheduling details.
3. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for giving accurate project information, timely feedback, required access, approved copy or source materials when needed, and legal rights to any materials you provide.
Delays in approvals, access, payments, or required content may shift the delivery timeline without creating a refund right for work already started.
4. Deliverables and revisions
Each package includes the deliverables, timeline, and support terms listed on the site, checkout page, or signed scope. Revisions are included for reasonable refinement of the agreed direction, not for replacing the approved scope with a new project.
Full Launch includes three months of email support for handoff questions, launch issues, small fixes, and guidance. Ongoing growth, new campaigns, or new feature work can be quoted separately.
5. Ownership and handoff
After final payment is complete, you own the final approved brand assets, website or product code, design tokens, and handoff materials created specifically for your project, except for pre-existing tools, open-source software, third-party services, and reusable studio methods.
Coastart may show non-confidential work in its portfolio unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
6. Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party services such as Stripe, hosting platforms, databases, analytics, content tools, or domain providers. You are responsible for third-party fees and account terms unless a written scope says those fees are included.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Fixed packages include a 14-day cancellation window before kickoff. Once kickoff begins, refunds are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Coastart is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Coastart's total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
9. Contact
